It occurs to me that BMY should be tweaked for staff working in an organization. This is easily done by changing Costs and Revenue and Benefits.
Could you tweak the Cost section with the words 'What it Costs to employ you?" and "What are the monetized Benefits and Value you provide?" and give us the writable version please?
