You are a man after my own heart. I've gone through many changes too, the most recent of which was starting to work full-time on this book in December of last year. But that's another story for another time :-)
Looking forward to collaborating with you on BMY, and incorporating your insights into the work -
Terrific, Michael -- and BTW I fully agree with your view that the Canvas is very robust as-is.
One of my goals with BMY is to introduce business model thinking to non-businesspeople: doctors, teachers, lawyers, nurses, government workers, liberal arts students, etc., and offer them a powerful new way to think about their careers.
In a sense, BMY is in part an "introduction to business" -- I see the Canvas as an ideal tool for teaching the fundamentals of business to people who have never had P&L responsibility (and don't know what "P&L responsibility" means :-)
So these initial chunks will be very much a review for you :)

By all means take a look at the chunks and let us know what you think. I believe you were a BMG contributor as well, it is that correct?
