I looked at the site that you recommended and I have a couple of questions. How many times has the video been watched this year to date? What feedback have you received from transitioning military personnel? What does your ideal candidate look like?

I am tracking and feel that we are thinking along the same lines. I feel that a great starting point revolves around the following books: Business Model Generation, The Lean Start-Up, The Start Up Owner's Manual and the Personal MBA.
A combination of reading the books and watching youtube videos provide by the Authors has provide me with a better understanding about business.
I feel this foundation is needed to develop a better understanding on how to apply the business model thinking to BMY and the translation of military skills.
In my humble opinion the disconnect revolves around the language used in the military versus the language used outside of the military.
