I am new with BMY, have a plan to read this book. However I am familiar with Canvas Business Model which we use in startups(I work with startups).
It gives us a clear strategic plan and highlight the points which we have to take them into consideration while starting a new venture. I am also curious to read the book in detail and see what else it gonna offer.
